Swimming Memior

We have been learning to write memoirs in class. We have chosen to write about swimming. We have to write our memoirs in the past tense, sequence our memoirs and add detail to our writing like what we could smell, or hear, see or feel.

Gemma, Aniska and Maddie have published their writing with the app Book Creator.
Thank you to the Totara kids that helped us out with learning about the Book Creator app.

It all started at the swimming pool. Everyone ran into the changing rooms. Everyone Was looking at the
Big grey wall while they were getting changed.
I hear people talking.
Everyone was lining up at the ladder.

I can smell chlorine it is such a great smell .

We could see the sparkling water.

The teacher said we could hop in the pool .

Everyone was so excited that we got to hop in the pool .

I did a dive in the deep end.

I did a cannon ball as well .

ICT in the classroom

Today we have been busy beavers getting to  know the ICT in our classroom. We have  been using Google Classroom on the iPads and laptops to share our reflective writing about Athletics. We have posted them as comments under the Athletics post on our blog. We would love it if you could reply to our comments. We used a PMI as a plan to guide our reflection.
